business. Because our products include bulk and heavy materials, our delivery process
is different from standard parcel shipping. Please review the policy below before placing
your order.

We deliver within our local service region. Delivery availability and pricing are calculated
at checkout based on your location.
If you are outside our delivery zone, please contact us to confirm whether special
arrangements can be made.

Delivery Times
Delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days after your order is placed,
depending on demand and truck availability.
You will receive:
 A confirmation email after placing your order
 A notification when your order is scheduled for delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or material
availability.
Delivery Instructions
Please provide clear instructions at checkout, including:
 Dropoff location
 Access details
 Gate codes (if applicable)
 Any placement preferences
Our drivers will do their best to follow your instructions. Once materials are delivered to
the specified location, the order is considered complete.

Delivery Conditions
To ensure a safe and successful delivery:
 The dropoff area must be accessible for large trucks
 Driveways, pathways, and surfaces must support heavy loads
 We are not responsible for damage caused by delivery instructions provided by
the customer
If the driver determines the location is unsafe or inaccessible, materials may be placed
in the nearest safe area.

Seasonal Demand Notice
During peak season, delivery times may be longer due to high demand and pre-orders.
Certain materials, such as soil, may experience delays due to production and order
volume. In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe.

Shipping Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on:
 Distance from our yard
 Material type
 Load size
 Number of trips required
Fees are shown at checkout before payment.
Pickup Orders
Pickup is available during our regular yard hours. Please bring your order confirmation
and ensure your vehicle is suitable for the materials being loaded.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If you believe you received the wrong material or your order is damaged, contact us
within 24 hours with photos.
We will:
 Replace the product
 Or correct the delivery
 Or issue a refund only if the mistake is on our end Materials that have been
used, spread, mixed, or installed cannot be refunded or replaced.
