Selina is the driving force behind the company’s financial operations. Overseeing all accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial systems. Known for her precision and discipline, she forensically audits field logs and converts them into clean, accurate invoice, ensuring every dollar is accounted for and every client interaction is backed by clarity and trust.

Since stepping into the role full-time, Selina has built the internal systems that allowed Futurescape to scale from a small team to a 40+ employee operation while maintaining exceptional financial control and operational efficiency. She leads through consistency, holding a zero-tolerance standard for errors, missed details, or inefficiency, ensuring the business runs smoothly, reliably, and without compromise.

Her focus moving forward is to build and mentor a financial team, allowing her to transition into strategic planning and system development for continued, structured and controlled growth.
