materials and reliable service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer
standard refunds or returns.

No Standard Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not provide refunds or returns for:
 Bulk materials (soil, mulch, sand, gravel, stone)
 Bagged materials once opened or removed from our yard
 Delivered materials that have been placed, spread, or used
 Incorrect orders placed by the customer
 Weatherrelated issues
 Clearance or discounted items
Landscaping materials cannot be resold once handled, delivered, or exposed to the
elements.

Refunds Only for Errors on Our End
A refund or replacement will only be issued if:
 We delivered the wrong material, or
 The product was defective, or
 There was a clear mistake made by our team
If you believe there was an error, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or
delivery and include photos so we can review the issue.
If the material has been used, mixed, installed, or altered, we cannot offer a refund.

Order Cancellations

 Orders cancelled before loading or pickup may be eligible for a refund.
 Orders cancelled after loading or dispatch are not refundable.
 Bulk material orders cannot be cancelled once loaded into a truck.

Delivery Policy
Once materials are delivered to the location specified by the customer, the order is
considered complete. We are not responsible for:
 Placement issues
 Access limitations
 Damage caused by delivery instructions provided by the customer
