Lead Hand - Landscape Construction

Futurescape Landscaping is Sudbury’s trusted design/build landscaping company with over 26 years of experience, a tight-knit team, and a serious passion for quality work. We’re looking for a Lead Hand who’s ready to step up, take charge, and help deliver exceptional outdoor spaces.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work side-by-side with your crew to complete high-end landscaping projects (hardscapes, softscapes, grading, etc.)

  • Read and follow site plans, keeping jobs on time and on spec

  • Keep communication clear between the team, foreman, and clients

  • Stay organized, solve problems on the fly, and maintain a clean and safe job site

  • Lead by example — with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive energy

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in landscape construction (hardscaping, stonework, site layout)

  • Strong leadership and crew management skills

  • Valid driver’s license (DZ is an advantage)

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions

  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to doing things the right way
