Landscape Foreman
We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our landscaping projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Landscape Foreman will also be responsible for leading a team of landscapers and working closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of landscaping projects, including site preparation, installation of plants and hardscaping, irrigation, and maintenance.
Lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.
Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Manage equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are properly maintained and stocked.
Adhere to all safety standards and protocols, ensuring that all team members do the same.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, including plant selection, hardscaping, irrigation, and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety protocols and standards.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
